New Photos – Walk Near Sapperton, Gloucestershire
New Photos: England, Wales, Bridges, Trees, Me, etc.
Okay, I have uploaded some new photos. Click the images below to see more, although only the two top ones are collections of images, whereas the other three only contain one photo in each, because I only had one photo for each of those, yet wanted to put them in different categories.
I’ve made this text a variety of colours so that your eyes don’t get bored. We all know how easily that can happen when you’re on the internet, when all you want is instant gratification, such as a 10 second video of a cat dancing like a maniac, or images of naked people (there’s none of that on this site), or swear words flashing at you in various colours written really big.
First up, we have the group walk from England to Wales and back. There are some images of the Severn Bridge, some images of me, and some taken at Chepstow Castle.
Next up is Cirencester Park, which I went to last month.
The cat is my cat Leo. He’s the friendliest and softest natured cat I’ve ever known, yet he’s scared of everything. However, his personality completely changes if he sees a fast small animal (such as a bird or a mouse), then he suddenly becomes a lightning fast violent killing machine.
The sky picture is a picture of the sky. The same sky that you too will see if you look upwards when standing outside, or also forwards or sideways if you’re on a hill or somewhere where there are no tall buildings or trees nearby. Not backwards though, because we humans don’t have eyes in the backs of our heads, or have necks like the ones owls have. Anyway, I just thought the plane trails were interesting, so I took a photo.
The last one is a sign on a gate on a public footpath that enters Westonbirt Arboretum, Gloucestershire. This message regarding the safety of the horses, both amused and concerned me at the same time. Also, I began to wonder, if the sign says that someone left the gate open on Friday, which Friday are they referring to? Either the sign had only just been put there that day (I was there on the Saturday), or this was a regular occurence, whereupon the gate always gets left open every Friday. They should have put a specific date on it, like Friday 4th March 2011. Then we would know, that on that specific date, someone left the gate open and the horses ran into the arboretum with such excitement that they literally danced into some trees accidentally and sprained their ankles. I may go back there in a few weeks, and leave my own sign next to this sign, saying “Dear sign writer and/or owner of the land adjacent to the arboretum and/or the horses, please can you specify a date so that we know who to blame.”
