Joe Rogan on Hemp, Marijuana and DMT

I’m not sure I entirely agree with everything said here, because I don’t use illegal drugs myself. However, there is a deep and powerful part of my being which enjoys anything which challenges commonly accepted beliefs.

I’ve never taken DMT or even Marijuana, but I’m intrigued by the idea of going through some kind of deep experience and then not viewing life in the same way again. I can kind of relate to that, with regards to experiences I’ve had through meditation. It’s that experiences of diving into yourself and touching the infinite. I kind of get a similar experience when I’m making music as well.

Maybe that’s partly why I never really make much of an effort to try to fit in with others, I’m happy to be different. Maybe it’s because, when you’ve touched the infinity within, when you’ve tasted that, certain things don’t seem to matter in the same way.

At some point, I plan to actually fill that Meditation section (above) with information regarding my various approaches to meditation. I also intend to get back into Lucid Dreaming – something I used to be able to do, but haven’t done for a long time. I may even touch on the subject of Brainwave Entrainment along the way too, but that’s something I haven’t done for a while either.
